Business Strategy & Consulting
Technology audits, roadmaps, vendor selection and pricing reviews delivered as fractional advisory, not a full-time hire.

Tell us what you are trying to solve; we scope it and send a fixed price.
Oneshot Digital Hub is a global technology services company that takes on work outside our other eighteen services: unusual integrations, one-off data migrations, USSD or kiosk flows, compliance portals and internal training platforms, for businesses in Nigeria, the UK, the US and Europe. Each request is scoped through a discovery call into a written, fixed-price proposal before any work begins.
Not every project fits neatly into one of our eighteen named services. Some requests sit between categories, combine two of them, or are simply unusual enough that no existing description covers them. This page exists for exactly that: if you are not sure which service applies, start here rather than guessing.
Scoping works the same way regardless of how unusual the request is: we start with a discovery call to understand the systems, data and constraints involved, confirm what is technically feasible, and put the scope in writing. You receive a fixed price and timeline before any work begins, exactly as with every other service.
Examples of the kind of request that fits here include an integration between two unrelated systems, a one-off migration of years of records into a new platform, a USSD or kiosk ordering flow for customers with limited internet access, a compliance reporting portal, and an internal platform for training new staff.
Oneshot Digital Hub applies the same senior-led process to these requests as to any named service: one point of contact, a written scope, and a fixed price agreed before work starts. If you are unsure whether your idea fits, book a discovery call and we will tell you plainly whether it is something we can take on.
A written summary of what you are trying to solve and the constraints involved.
An honest assessment of whether the request is technically achievable within a sensible budget.
A document describing exactly what will be built or done, and what is excluded.
A proposal stating the total price and timeline before any work begins.
A plan breaking the work into milestones you can track as it progresses.
Documentation covering how the finished solution works and how to maintain it.
Written terms for support and fixes after the solution goes live.
A Nigerian logistics company connects its inventory system to a payment gateway that was never designed to talk to it.
A UK-based diaspora business migrates years of records out of a legacy system into a modern platform.
A retail chain sets up a USSD ordering flow so customers without reliable internet can still place orders.
A regulated business gets an internal portal for compiling and submitting compliance reports.
A growing team gets a private platform for onboarding and training new staff consistently.

Scoped per engagement. Typical timeline: Scoped per engagement.
Every custom request is priced individually after a discovery call, so cost is scoped per engagement rather than quoted upfront on this page. Nigerian clients can pay in naira by bank transfer once a fixed price is agreed.

Timelines are scoped per engagement, based on what the discovery call and feasibility assessment reveal; you receive a specific timeline in the written proposal before committing to anything.
That is exactly what this page is for; tell us what you are trying to solve and we will work out whether, and how, we can help.
We break the request down into known components and clearly labelled unknowns during discovery, then price the known parts and flag anything that needs a short feasibility phase first.
Yes, this service exists specifically for one-off and unusual requests that would not justify a full named-service engagement, provided the scope can be defined clearly.
We ask about the systems, data and constraints involved, and are direct about whether the request is something we can take on before any commitment is made.
