Questions before you write in
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. Oneshot Digital Hub is a global technology services company working with clients across Nigeria, West Africa, the diaspora, and small businesses in the UK, US and EU. Discovery calls, reviews, demos and handover all happen online.
Will you sign an NDA before we share project details?
Yes, on request. We can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before a discovery call if your project is confidential, and we treat everything you share with us as confidential regardless.
Do you work with startups as well as established businesses?
Yes. We scope each engagement to the stage you are at, from a first MVP to systems used across an established company. The written proposal states what is included either way.
What are your working hours and time zone?
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 West Africa Time (UTC+1). Calls are scheduled where your working day overlaps with ours, and we reply to messages within one business day.
How does an engagement start?
Send an enquiry or book a discovery call. We discuss what you want to change, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price. Work starts when you approve it.
How do payments work, and in which currency?
Your proposal states the price, the currency and the payment schedule before work starts. Nigerian clients can pay in naira by bank transfer; international clients typically pay in US dollars by card or bank transfer.
